It started with wanting
better options.

NutriSpoon began with a simple idea: to make everyday wellness products with ingredients we actually feel good about using.

Founded by a certified holistic health practitioner, NutriSpoon grew from a genuine interest in ingredients, traditional preparation methods and finding simpler, thoughtfully made alternatives to everyday products.

We care about what goes into a product, how it's made, and whether every ingredient really needs to be there. That means carefully selected ingredients, simple formulations and traditional preparation methods where they make sense.

Our food products are prepared in small batches in NutriSpoon's dedicated production kitchen, where each batch is made, handled and stored with the care it requires. Our bone broths simmer for 22+ hours, our vegetables are naturally fermented, and our syrups, gummies, spreads and traditional foods are prepared with the same attention to quality and simplicity.

Over time, NutriSpoon grew beyond the kitchen. Our non-food products now live under NutriNest, our dedicated line for body care and everyday wellness, created with the same attention to ingredients, quality and thoughtful formulation.

Ordering & Delivery

You can order directly through our website. If you need help choosing a product or have a question before ordering, contact us on WhatsApp.
We deliver across Lebanon.
Products that need refrigeration are handled accordingly during delivery. Once your order arrives, place refrigerated items in the fridge as soon as possible.
Take a photo as soon as you receive it and contact us with your order details so we can help.
Yes, many NutriSpoon products can travel with you, but airline and airport restrictions vary by destination. For refrigerated products, we recommend carrying them in an insulated cooler bag with ice packs and keeping them properly chilled throughout your journey. For products in jars or bottles, remember that airport security rules for liquids may apply if they’re packed in your hand luggage.

Products & Ingredients

All NutriSpoon products, including our NutriNest range, are prepared in our dedicated production space, not a home kitchen. The space is used exclusively for our products, allowing us to maintain the cleanliness, consistency and preparation standards we set for every batch.
Our products are made without artificial colors, artificial flavors or refined sugar. We keep our formulations simple and use carefully selected ingredients, with natural preservation methods where appropriate. You can find the complete ingredient list on each individual product page.
Because we work with natural ingredients and prepare our products in small batches, slight variations in color, texture or taste can naturally occur. These differences are completely normal and are part of working with real ingredients rather than standardizing them artificially.
Our Elderberry Syrup is prepared in small batches in our dedicated kitchen, using organic European elderberries and carefully selected ingredients. The raw honey is added only after the syrup has cooled, preserving its raw quality. Each batch is carefully prepared for the same taste, quality and consistency in every bottle.
Our bone broth is prepared in small batches in our dedicated kitchen and slowly simmered for 22+ hours. We use halal, grass-fed and pasture-raised bones, free from added hormones and antibiotics, together with organic herbs and vegetables. The long, slow simmer naturally draws collagen, gelatin and nutrients from the bones into a rich, nourishing broth.
All three are slowly simmered for 22+ hours and made to the same NutriSpoon standards. The main difference is their flavor and richness. Chicken is light and mild, making it an easy everyday option. Beef is rich yet easy to sip on its own, making it a great choice for a warm cup of broth. Lamb has a deeper, more distinctive flavor and is particularly good added to soups, stews, rice and everyday meals. You can choose based on how you plan to use it, or rotate between all three for variety.
We prioritize organic ingredients wherever possible and carefully select everything that goes into our products, with a strong focus on quality, sourcing and simplicity. You’ll find the full ingredient list on each product page, including which ingredients are organic.
