Lamb Bone Broth 570 ml

Filtered water, collagen-rich lamb bones, onions, carrots, celery, parsley, ginger, whole black pepper, cloves, bay leaves, cardamom, turmeric, Ceylon cinnamon, apple cider vinegar. Unsalted.

Warm a few tablespoons and enjoy on its own, with or without added water. Add a little sea salt and/or a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.

Warm gently without boiling.

Bone broth naturally gels when chilled, so you can also enjoy it cold as is, or stir a few spoonfuls into meals at the end of cooking.

For easy portions, divide into an ice cube tray or small jars and freeze. Add a few frozen portions to meals as needed, preferably towards the end of cooking.

Keep refrigerated.

Stays fresh for up to 7 days in the refrigerator or up to 6 months in the freezer from the production date.

For convenient portions, freeze in an ice cube tray or small jars. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and use promptly.
