Peel approximately 1 cm of bark from one end of the Miswak.
Chew the exposed tip gently until the fibers separate and form soft, brush-like bristles.
Brush the teeth gently using the fibers, including along the gumline. No toothpaste is needed.
After use, rinse the tip and store in a clean, ventilated place.
When the fibers become worn, trim off the used tip, peel a fresh section and repeat.
