Use first thing in the morning, before eating or drinking.
Hold one end in each hand and place the curved center toward the back of the tongue.
Gently pull forward from back to front.
Repeat approximately 5–8 times, rinsing the scraper between passes if needed.
Rinse your mouth and wash the scraper thoroughly after use. Dry completely before storing.
Do not scrape aggressively or use on sores, cuts or irritated areas of the tongue.
